The hotel of choice in Banassac. Spacious and clean venue with a great value and pleasant staff. Stunning riverside location, close to river and nice gardens. Exceptionally comfortable bed in the superior double room, plus central heating, a work desk and a TV. Excellent private bathroom.
Miserable staff!

The location of this hotel was perfect, just by the motorway, making it incredibly convenient for our journey. We were able to easily explore the lovely area and relax by the river, which added to the overall charm of our stay. The staff were friendly and the basic amenities provided everything we needed. The rooms were spacious and clean, allowing us to unwind comfortably after a long day of travel.
All was above expectations.

bathroom very dark, light over the sink did not work, had to have a shower one handed as the shower head would not stay in its holder

The hotel is in a great location overlooking the river Lot. Great layout to our suite with double bed on a seperate mezzanine floor. The hotel receptionist recommended an excellent restaurant to us (Lou Clapas) which was a few minutes drive away in the hills.
The only thing that spoilt our stay was the standard of the beds. There seemed to be some sort of plastic cover on the mattress which lead to a very uncomfortable night. I would definitely recommend that if you stay here you take the cover off before going to sleep.

It was located close to the motorway that we were on for our journey with excelent directions supplied.it was clean and comfortable
on the bank holiday that we were there there was nothing open in the village, nowhere for a hot meal, not a reflection on the hotel, just an observation

Lots of tasty food choices 😋, a double room offering a terrace for chilling. It's conveniently close to the Millau bridge on the A75 highway and there are lovely gardens to enjoy here. Only a quick 5-minute drive to La Canourgue.

On route t the Midi and La mothe provided us with the ideal stopping point.
Riverside situation and proximity to the Auto-route great. The fact that the restaurant was not open was less welcoming since we enjoy eating at other Logis sites.

The hotel is located in a beautiful area, right next to a stunning river. This provides a picturesque setting and offers opportunities for hiking and exploring nature. The rooms are spacious, clean, and recently refurbished to a high quality, giving a modern and comfortable feel. I particularly enjoyed the terrace outside the room, which allowed me to relax and take in the scenic views. The breakfast provided high-quality food and had a good variety of options.
Everything was very comfortable and enjoyable.

Fab location minutes from the junction of the main road. I was dissatisfied with my double river riew room (see below for reasons) and at first was told there were no other rooms available, but after we came back from dinner, the receptionist came to find us and told me that someone had not turned up and there was now a room available in the new part of the building. This was like stepping into a completely different hotel, all modern and clean, lovely new furnishings throughout. The receptionist was very helpful, the breakfast was very nice too, and plenty of it. I would definitely return here.
When we arrived it was 36 degrees and we had driven for 12 hours already so couldn't wait to get into our rooms. I had booked a double and a twin, and made sure that the hotel description showed 'air conditioning' as i can't bear the heat. The twin room was fine, all modern and beautifully finished, but the double (room 8, I think) was in the old part of the hotel. This room was old, no air-con and not comfortable at all. The bathroom was shabby too. If booking here, make sure you book a comfort plus room, as these are in the new part of the building. Check each individual room description as to whether it has air-con.

Great location next to the highway and close to the river. Our baby's crib was set up prior to our arrival. The staff were friendly and accommodating.
The shower in our room had poor drainage, causing the bathroom floor to become a flooding hazard. alternative food options in the area were scarce, forcing us to dine at the hotel restaurant which was overpriced for the quality of food.
